Corporate Social Responsibility Initiative:
CA Support has created a database of unemployed personnel, categorised in categories of skills, geographic availability and education levels. The only requirements to be included on this database is that the person should have been in a full time position previously and should be unemployed from a full time position for at least a 3 month period. Candidates’ skills and experience will be vetted. We then invite business to use this database if they are looking for people to fill short term- or any contract positions. These roles may be varied across a broad set of skills.
At CA Support we often get in contact with people who has lost their jobs for any number of reasons. Business retrenchments due to the economic climate, downscaling or organizational requirements are the order of the day. Unfortunately these persons may struggle to find employment again and typically fall through the personnel placing cracks.
If we can assist them in finding an opportunity for even a week or a month; that can help them to stay afloat.
